the Sunshine Coast:

Located about 60 km North-west of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada...
"as the raven flies" ... Wood Bay Heights is in the rural township of Halfmoon Bay BC overlooking the Strait of Georgia and Vancouver Island.

  • Access to the Sunshine Coast is normally by road and BCFerries.com. The 40 minute scenic crossing is from Horseshoe Bay, West Vancouver to Langdale (near Gibsons) on the Sunshine Coast.
  • You can fly by float plane from Vancouver harbour to Sechelt Inlet using the Tofino Air schedule / charter. With your own float plane you can land at the protected waters near Secret Cove.
  • You can fly your own plane or a charter to the Sechelt Airport which is located just east of Sechelt at the top of Field Road.
